Selas Heat Technology Company LLC Acquires Ray Burner Product Line

Montgomeryville, PA -- Selas Heat Technology Co. LLC ("Selas"), a Lionheart Ventures Company, announced today the acquisition of the Ray Burner product line ("Ray Burner") from its owner. Since 1872 Ray Burner has provided a wide range of dual-fuel package burners for the industrial combustion markets and commercial boiler market primarily in North America. Selas expects to leverage its global multi-channel sales and marketing network to improve distribution of the products and further enhance the Selas strategy of offering global combustion customers a World of Combustion Solutions. Selas will transition the production of the product line to one of its production facilities in the coming months.
